The National Restaurant Association and CardFact have developed an alliance to offer CardFact's gift card services with benefits to Association members.

" Given the explosive growth in gift cards, we were aware that gift card legal compliance could be a very difficult and complicated issue, and began looking for a solution. CardFact already had several Association members as clients, and came highly recommended and with industry experience. We expect these services will find a ready audience among our member companies that issue gift cards."
In creating the alliance, the National Restaurant Association negotiated special pricing and benefits for its members. Restaurants that are interested in finding out more should contact CardFact for information about how they can take advantage of this special program.
CardFact works with a broad spectrum of companies that issue gift cards, but is especially well suited to the restaurant industry, which is already highly regulated with respect to food safety and nutrition issues. Instead of having to become experts on arcane gift card laws, restaurant executives who work with CardFact may efficiently address concerns about gift card legal compliance, dormancy fees or escheat.
